Service Provider and liable in accordance with § 55 Abs. 2 RStV for journalistic designed services:
Lichtenrader Straße 30c
Content of the Online Service
The Service Provider is liable for the content of his website in accordance with statutory provisions.
He does not assume any liability for the topicality, correctness, completeness, or quality of the information provided. Liability claims filed against the Provider in relation to the material or intangible damages resulting from the use or non-use of the information provided, or from damages incurred by the use of erroneous and incomplete information,
shall be principally excluded, provided such damages are not the result of verifiable intentional or grossly negligent acts of the Provider.
All services are subject to change and are non-binding. The Provider explicitly maintains the right to modify, supplement or delete sections of the pages, or the complete offer without any special notification, or to discontinue publication temporarily or permanently.
This website uses the services of Maxmind Inc. to align its information to its visitors based on location.
References and Links
Any liability for direct or indirect references to external websites ("hyperlinks"), which are outside the responsibility of the Provider, would only be assumed if the author had knowledge of content and if it was technically possible and feasible to prevent their use in case of illegal content. The Provider hereby declares that he has no influence over the current or future design, content or copyright of hyperlinked webpages. He hereby distances himself expressly from any content of all pages to which the website contains links and which have been changed since linking. This disclaimer applies to all links and references introduced within the scope of Dinner Hop’s own Internet services as well as to third-party entries in the guest book, in the discussion forum, in link references, on mailing lists, and in all other forms of databases to which external write access is possible. For unlawful, faulty or incomplete contents and in particular for the damages, which originate from the use or disuse of such kinds of presented information there is expressly no liability. Liability lies exclusively with the Provider of the website to which reference is made and not with the party merely referring to such published material by means of links.
Copyright and Trademark Law
This website contains data and information of various kinds, which are trademarked or copyrighted by the Provider or, in some cases, by third parties. Therefore, it is not permitted to download, to duplicate, or to publish the website in whole or in parts. The operator shall endeavour to observe the copyrights of the graphics, audio, and video clips and texts used, and to use graphics, audio, and video clips and texts created by the Provider himself, or to resort to graphics, audio, video clips and texts, which are in the public domain. All trade and brand marks that appear in the Provider's Internet content, and that are protected by third parties, are subject in full to the terms of the relevant copyright law, and the right of ownership as applied to the registered owner in each case. This labelling alone should not lead to the conclusion that trademarks are not protected by the rights of third parties! Any reproduction or use of such graphics, audio documents, video sequences, and texts in any other electronic or printed publication is not permissible without the explicit approval of the author.
See notes on data security.
User Contributions, Comments, Liability for Links
This website contains interactive communication tools and social media elements, for instance the blog (see also “Social Media”). The User allows the Provider to make contents available via dinnerhop.org or any other web domains or media and allows global access, reproduction, and distribution for appropriate use by any third party.
The social media area is solely intended for private use. Commercial content (for instance the offer of goods and services) on the blog will be removed immediately. The right to block the User remains with the Provider.
The User allows Dinner Hop to edit the posted contents, and to adjust them to formatting requirements, to enhance the display quality, to connect them with other contents, and to brand these contents.
Dinner Hop regards itself as an open community. The purpose of the community determines that all contents as well as public commentaries are freely accessible for third parties, and may be used especially for the purposes of third parties. The User grants the right of sub-licensing and the rights of use to Dinner Hop, but remains solely responsible for any content submitted by himself/herself. Dinner Hop does not check the contents for violations of the law, but holds the right to monitor, change, reject or delete posted contents at its sole discretion. Dinner Hop can assign these granted rights in full or in part to a third party.
The User declares, that he or she owns or is allowed to use all necessary rights of any submitted content, so that the use of Dinner Hop and other media neither violates the rights of any third party or any legal regulations. The User is responsible for the submitted contents and is obliged to exempt Dinner Hop from all first demand claims by other third parties concerning the violation of their rights. The User agrees that external third parties can link and refer the submitted contents to Dinner Hop. The linking to dinnerhop.org for commercial purposes requires the prior agreement of Dinner Hop. The User has no right to require the provider to return any contents previously submitted by him/her.
